SEWER RATE INFORMATION

Effective 1 July 2026, Jamestown Sanitary District has transitioned sewer charge collection to be directly billed annually through the Tuolumne County property tax system. This means your annual Jamestown Sanitary District charges will now appear as a separate line item on your annual property tax bill rather than being billed and collected monthly by our district. This change in payment processing will occur simultaneously with the 2nd of 5 fiscal year rate increases that were approved by the Board in November 2025, raising the monthly sewer rate per single family equivalent to $132.53 beginning 1 July 2026.
