Annual assessment fees are calculated by multiplying the cutomers ESFR by the monthly sewer charge of $132.53 multiplied by 12 to obtain the total for the year. The ESFR is the Equivalent Single Family Residence calculated by District's engineer depending on the type of customer. A single family home will have an ESFR of 1.

The District will review the amount of the proposed rates as well as the methodology for calculating the proposed rates. At the conclusion of the hearing, all written protests received will be counted and validated. Absent a majority protest, the District Board of Directors will consider implementing the sewer rate increases that could become effective on or after January 1, 2026.
